Team Introduction

The Intelligent Creation - Vision Engineering team is a team focusing on building advanced end-to-end production pipelines with core technologies including generative AI, intelligent editing and content understanding. By exploiting AI model training, optimization, deployment and applications, we provide cutting-edge AI capabilities to empower content creation and consumption and serve billions of users.

We are looking for strong tech lead software engineers to drive the design and implementation of our generative AI systems consisting of model training and optimization, deployment with efficient hardware consumption, and applications to user-facing products for image/video processing and interactive editing.

Responsibilities

- Design, architect and implement backend systems to apply generative AI models

- Build automation frameworks and tools to ensure high engineering quality and efficiency.

- Lead project planning and execution, responsible for the overall success of the project direction.

- Work with product teams to ensure smooth product delivery with high standards, prioritize short-term returns and long-term growth.

Qualifications

- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields with 7+ years of software development experience.

- 5+ years of Python/C/C++/Go experience, proficient in at least one programming language and solid software engineering design skills.

- Experience in large-scale backend systems with deep learning components, familiar with RPC frameworks, experience in dealing with concurrent systems and architectures.

- Great communication and teamwork skills.

- Preferring experience in generative model training, tuning and optimizations, such as text-to-image/video/3D generations.

- Knowledge in cutting-edge AIGC technologies and follow the most recent AIGC advancements, such as transformers and diffusion models.
