Job Description
We are seeking two Systems Admin with strong backgrounds in Linux and VMware to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience with current iterations of Red Hat and VMware technologies, and be able to integrate well with a tight-knit, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Linux systems, particularly Red Hat.
• Implement and manage VMware technologies, focusing on the hypervisor core foundation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
• Contribute to automation projects using Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Work directly with architects to take direction and execute tasks with minimal oversight.
Qualifications:
• Strong Linux background, particularly with Red Hat.
• Proficient in VMware technologies and hypervisor core foundation.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Team player with a flexible attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in DoD environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
