09/05/2023RSU 40 seeks to hire substitutes in all areas of the district. We are hoping to hire substitutes for Teachers, Ed Techs, Bus Drivers, Food Service, Nurses, Health Aides.

You can choose which days and positions you decide to substitute for.

The expected hours of work for substitute teachers and educational technicians in RSU 40 are as follows:
  • Elementary Schools: 8:15-3:45 (7.5 hours)
  • MMS (including RAMS) and MVHS: 7:00-2:30 (7.5 hours)

Your daily pay rate is based on your years of related experience, college credits earned, and substitute assignments.
