Job Description

Job Duties: Lead and manage a team of Trading Card Game (TCG) Bilingual Project Managers to successfully deliver high quality localized contents including cards, products, and more to be distributed globally outside of Asia on time for print. Responsible for overseeing bilingual project coordination and building a healthy relationship with both internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication for product planning and localization status. Work closely with TCG Product Development team and other project management teams to complete products and projects on time. Communicate TCG business strategies and present pitch product ideas to stakeholders in Japan for approval. May involve 20% international travel. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Project Management or a related field. Two years of experience in: Working in the trading card game business in a project management role; Leading project stakeholders to achieve project goals, milestones, and objectives; Product planning and localization; and Long-term strategy and budget planning. Fluent in written and spoken Japanese. Alternative Requirements: Four years of experience in: Working in the trading card game business in a project management role; Leading project stakeholders to achieve project goals, milestones, and objectives; Product planning and localization; and Long-term strategy and budget planning. Fluent in written and spoken Japanese. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable. $174,300 - $225,000.
