Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of the customer service department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our global client base. This is a remote, full-time position, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a global organization. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about SGS services, products, and policies to customers and potential clients. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive resolution experience. Process orders, updates, and other customer-related requests accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve more complex customer issues. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and systems. Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution metrics. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
