Now hiring for an On Site Manager to work 1st shift for an opening in Mooresville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your management and customer service skills. If you are someone with Staffing background or with recruiter/HR experience wanting to move into a management role, this is a fantastic opportunity to achieve that goal!
Job Duties:
- Recruit new employees for general labor and skilled positions
- Handle injury reports
- Review Staffing reports to ensure accuracy for payroll
- Handle disciplinary action when needed
- Track and submit staffing reports on a weekly basis
- Liaison between client and staffing company working at the client site.
- Host weekly orientation class to train new hires
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Light Industrial staffing or HR preferred
- Good communication skills both verbally and written to communicate with all levels of management and Elite Staffing employees
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Intermediate level computer experience
- Experience with E-Verify a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory. ( Alot of our employees are Spanish speaking only and I also combine new hire class in English/Spanish)

$43,000.00-45,000.00 DOE
