Responsibilities
  • Booking and rebooking import load containers from all terminals in Los Angeles, Long Beach.
  • Communicating with dispatch team for import load container delivery orders.
  • Scheduling and matching appointment times with various customers' delivery times.
  • Communicating with customer service team of all troubleshooting and issues during flow of operations.
  • Assisting customer service team with all billing related to AR/AP.
  • Utilizing TMS system for operations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Communicating with customers on site directly.
  • Problem solving when issues arise such as system being down.
  • Ability to speak in professional manner with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Google Drive.
  • Fluent in Korean.
  • Experience working in team environment.

The base pay range for this role is between $41,000 - $60,000/yr, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
