Maintenance Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility and ensure that all machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of maintenance workers and a strong knowledge of maintenance processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is completed on time, to the required standard, and within budget
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the continued operation of all equipment, machinery, and systems
  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment and machinery
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, assess condition, and prioritize maintenance activities
  • Ensure that all maintenance records are accurately maintained and kept up to date, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the overall business objectives and priorities
  • Manage the maintenance budget and provide regular reports on spending and financial performance to senior management

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4-5+ years of experience in maintenance management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Experience with maintenance software and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
