About this role:
Barron Lighting Group is a leader in manufacturing and marketing its comprehensive line of lighting solutions for commercial and industrial applications. As Inside Sales Representative-Key Accounts, you will maintain and expand relationships with independent manufacturers' representatives and customers specific to products within the Exitronix, Trace lite, SpecialtyLED and Growlite brands. Inside Sales Representative-Key Accounts is responsible for driving sales by providing exceptional customer service through pricing initiatives and follow-up. As an integral element of our business, Inside Sales Representative-Key Accounts represents the brands to become knowledgeable in industry code and competition to educate, train, sell and support our contracted representatives and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel of rep agencies and customers.
- Perform Job Crosses and Value Engineering to create greater opportunities and larger quotes.
- Use product knowledge to create SLP quotes when requested or opportunities arise.
- Make outgoing prospecting calls to create quoting and order opportunities.
- Generate customer specific selling tools, like Hot Sheets, to assist in selling Barron product.
- Stay up to date on new products and be able to recommend and discuss with customers.
- Meet assigned targets for sales profitability and strategic customer objectives.
- Analyze and maintain profitability of product and customers on a consistent basis.
- Adhere to the expectation of stellar customer service requirements, responding to customer requests in a timely
- fashion while responding fully and accurately to inquiries.
- Complete and log outbound calls to generate sales and develop/increase relationships with current customers.
- Quote customers and/or reps to meet profitability expectations of the Company while meeting target prices for the
- opportunity.
- Up-sell and cross-sell to offer a complete family of products.
- Research GSA Contracts and make contact to get awarded contracts or listed on government specs.
- Present Barron product and Represent Barron as a company at trade shows if needed.
- 5%-10% travel expectations.
What you bring to our vision:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales and Customer Service atmosphere
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Ability to effectively produce results under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Sound understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent required
- Previous experience with a CRM preferred, but not required
- Previous lighting experience preferred, but not required
- $55,000 to $85,000 base salary plus commission.

55,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Barron Office)
