Job Description

Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a talented and motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Representative . We are looking for a candidate who displays a professional demeanor, enjoys a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through email. A cover letter and resume are required for this position. This is a full time, hourly position located at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Functions: Provide quality customer service through email and incoming phone calls. Demonstrate both good phone etiquette and be understandable over the phone. Must be able to communicate well via email with clear, concise and detailed messages. Handle individual customer situations to completion and provide resolution for the customer. Data entry within various computer applications. Participate in other miscellaneous office projects as assigned. Skills Needed: Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must pay close attention to detail; including grammar, spelling and punctuation. Communicate and work well with others. Be self-motivated and work without direct supervision. Must be able to multi-task, apply critical thinking skills and retain pertinent information. Must be professional.
