This is a full-time position. $19-$23/hour based on experience!

Job Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
- Document and update customer records accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
- Assist with the input of orders, audits, daily production
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service skills.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
-Marketing skills, are a plus!
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
-Ability to type over 40 words per minute
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs
- Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism
