Description:
Customer Service Operator (CSO)
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager
Reporting Staff: None
Alternate in Case of Absence: Warehouse Operations Manager / Other CSO's
Responsibilities:
Processes day to day order entry from multiple customers
Process the inbound/outbound paperwork
Verify all billing charges per assigned accounts
Assist Warehouse Associates with inventory compliance during the order fulfillment
Maintain direct contact with Depositor/Bailor Suppliers
Knowledge of CAPA System and manages Customer Complaints & Quality
Report Food Safety and Quality issues problems to the appropriate person when identified.
