In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support, assisting with product and service inquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment, ensuring products are clearly displayed and accessible to customers.
Cultivate and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers, guaranteeing satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Generate accurate and timely quotes for customers, tailoring solutions to their needs.
Manage inventory and stock, including processing special orders and handling product returns efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service OR sales role with a passion for helping others and creating exceptional experiences.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information confidently and clearly.
Familiarity with residential product design and installation is a bonus!
Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED required.

Job Details:

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $21 - $24/hr + DOE
Having EXPERIENCE with AS400 platform will put you at the $24/hr for certain
