Job Description
Title: Customer Service Advocate Position Summary: The C SA is primarily responsible for communication and front and back-end processing of various types of cases to include (FOIA/PA, Resume/ Prepub and Export Control) . Essential Duties: Answer incoming calls on the main lines for both internal and external phones. Provide processing status updates . Monitor and respond to email requests . Process and track outgoing unclassified, classified, and restricted mail daily. Perform administrative duties to include copying, faxing, transferring and scanning of documents . Author, review, and or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Track metrics of cases opened, in progress, completed. Requirements: Active Top Secret SCI clearance with FS Polygraph Work Location: Fort Meade Qualifications: 0-2 years performing the duties of the position: Level A 2-4 years performing the duties of the position: Level B 4+ years preforming the duties of the position: Level C High School Diploma Attention to detail is also mandatory for this position. Interaction with other components requires a friendly, can-do attitude Benefits: 15 days paid time off per year
