Position Title: Automotive Sales Consultant - Bilingual (Spanish)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (with a weekday off)
Compensation: Uncapped commission earnings
  • Uncapped Commission Earnings: There is no limit to how much you can earn in commission. Your income is directly tied to your performance, so the more you sell (or achieve specified sales targets), the more you earn.
  • Monthly Guarantee Pay While Training: During the training period, you will receive a guaranteed base pay each month. This ensures financial stability while you are learning the skills and processes required for the role.

Skills/Experience
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Ability to build your very own customer base.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication skills; in person, email and by phone.
Dynamic, self-driven, honest, and professional.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
