Qualifications:
Experience as an administrative assistan prefereably in an educational setting.
Demonstrated competencies in the use of basic office equipment and in the task assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required (college credit hours preferred).
Candidates must be experienced in School Office procedures.
Should possess a minimum 5 years successful secretarial experience (preferred). Bilingual (required).
Excellent organizational, human relations and decision-making skills; ability to respond to oral and written directions;
Ability to work independently and efficiently; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
The work year for this position is 12 months. Salary is based on secretarial salary schedule. The District offers excellent fringe benefits, including life, health and dental insurance.
