Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our call center operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from our dedicated staff. Fluency in Spanish is required for effective communication with our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with policies.
Assist in the development of payroll procedures and improvements. Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
