Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workforce operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and scheduling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teammates, addressing their staffing needs promptly.
  • Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely, meeting client and branch requirements.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure KPIs and attendance requirements are met.


Work Experience
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand fluent English & Spanish.
  • 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take accountability for mistakes
  • A strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
  • Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.

Position Details:

  • Shift Days/Hours: Monday-Thursday 2p-10p OR 3p-11p, with potential work opportunities on Sunday
