Description:Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. Your bilingual skills will be key in ensuring excellent communication with a diverse range of clients and staff members. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the front desk and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner upon their arrival and connect them with the appropriate person.
- Answer phones in a timely manner and direct calls to office personnel
- Interact with clients via telephone and online to provide support utilizing service management software.
- Interact with field staff to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve client issues and concerns.
- Accurately maintain web-based documents and spreadsheets such as Google Docs, etc
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Experience with 3rd party service management software like Corrigo.
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team oriented environment.
