Apply Job Type Full-time Description Join our Behavior Health Department at Hillside Health Center in Ukiah, CA as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Behavioral Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and be part of a compassionate team dedicated to supporting patients facing life's challenges. You'll provide vital nursing care, collaborate with counselors, psychiatrists, and case managers, and help patients navigate their mental health journey toward healing and wellness. Duties Include: Anticipates the need of the entire medical team, able to delegate tasks to Medical Assistant's that are within their scope and prioritize daily tasks. Under the direction of the medical provider and/or the medication protocol, may renew routine medication refills that are exact and not considered a new prescription or medication change. May call in medication change to pharmacy that has been changed by the provider. Documents treatments, infusions, patient symptoms, care and response within scope accurately and timely in patients Electronic Health Record. If within scope of individual license, LVN can perform therapeutic blood withdrawal and intravenous therapy as ordered by provider. Travel to other sites as needed. Other duties as assigned. (Required) Bilingual, English/Spanish, fluent (Required) Previous experience working as an LVN, in an outpatient setting. (Preferred) The sign on bonus is broken up into two payments; $500 upon hire and in additional $500 upon successful completion six months of employment. Salary Description $32.60 - $44.00, DOE
