In the role of Aftermarket Customer Service Specialist you'll play a pivotal part on our Customer Services team. The Aftermarket Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing the best possible experience to every customers who interact with Safran. The Aftermarket Customer Service Specialist will bridge the gap between what our customers needs and what we are delivering- helping us to not only meet but also exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is dedicated to going above and beyond for a customer, leaving no stone unturned in the quest to solve their challenges and make them feel valued This position contributes to our vision by: - Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and entered within a timely manner using company ERP system - Ensure coordination on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules - Review open order report on weekly basis and provide order status update to customers proactively - Attend customer meetings when required - Coordinate with other department to expedite and make sure orders shipped on time. - Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support, Resolve claims and problems raised by customers. - Work with CSM team to ensure on-time payment - Other job duties as assigned based on need. - Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand - Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers - Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with our CSM and product teams to drive constant improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues. The expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 - $25.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. Job Requirements Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: 3-5 years of Customer service experience Required Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. High attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Detail- oriented and works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Ability to work productively and independently. Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge and understanding of basic ERP/MRP functions and applications is preferred. Preferred Skills: Ability to collaborate across departments and teams. Strong prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to work within tight deadlines. Basic Accounting knowledge.
