A/R Billing Clerk

Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Pay:$28-32hr
Temporary; start immediately

Knowledge of basic Accounting procedures, AR billings , Payment/Cash Applications, Statements of Account, and related fields.
Familiarity with Export Finance (Letters of Credit, Collection Drafts, etc.) and Shipping terminology required.
Knowledge of/or Exposure to general Sales and Inventory / Accounting Operating Systems.
Detail oriented with high percentage of accuracy
Good analytical, mathematical and reasoning ability
Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be able to multi-task and with good organizational skills
Computer proficient and with extensive knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD.

Job Requirements:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

B.A. degree from four-year college or university desirable, or at least one to two years of experience within a financial environment with general exposure to International or Global Trade operations.
