IMCD UScurrently has an opening for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This role isbased in our Corporate Headquarters in Westlake, Ohio.

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for leading anddeveloping the accounts receivable team with the credit manager while managingcredit risk for the company. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will work inconjunction with sales, customer service, supply chain, and the accountingdepartment to effectively and efficiently meet our customers' and principals'expectations while keeping our credit risk low and partner with other teammembers to explore opportunities for process improvements while instillingcompany core values into the day-to-day operations of the department.
Successful candidates will beresponsible to:
Lead and manage an accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
Manage bankruptcy accounts.
Manage the process for placement of accounts for collections with agencies.
Manage the principal turnover account credit review process.
Document department processes.
Manage full cycle accounts receivable; including daily collection calls, credit hold releases, account research and analysis, setting credit limits, maintaining an accurate aging, and credit application reviews.
Provide reports and metrics on receivables.
Work on projects assigned.

Proficiency in common computer programs, including Microsoft Office; Proficiency in Excel a must.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles
Desired Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in accounts receivable.
Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce
Associate degree in accounting.
CBA and/or CBF.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position will supervise a team of 4-7 employees.
Work Environment:
This job currently operates on a hybrid schedulerotating between in-office and remote work environments. This role routinelyuses standard office equipment.
PositionType/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and the hours of workand days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwisedirected. Additional hours may be required as needed.
Travel:
This role can have up to 15% travel within the UnitedStates and Canada. Travel may include overnight stays.
