Job Description
Accounts Receivable Specialist - Construction and Service Company Pay: $19/hour, depending on experience (DOE). Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join their team. This role involves managing AR processes and supporting general office operations for a construction and service company. Duties and Responsibilities: + Answer phones and provide general office support. + Assist in creating project budgets, pre-lien filings, and monthly billings. + Maintain and manage accounts receivable records. + Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and email) for daily tasks. + Support the team with administrative and operational duties as needed. Required Skills and Abilities: + Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and email). + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. + Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be direct and clear when needed. Education and Experience: + Previous experience in AR or general office duties in a construction setting is preferred. + Familiarity with construction billing processes and project budget preparation is a plus.
