Job Description
Our client, a growing company in City of Industry, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $27 to $29 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Record and reconcile customer payments
  • Construction billing and generation of invoices in timely manner
  • Process change orders in billing system
  • Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations for accurate invoicing and reporting
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding payment issues and payment status
  • Light collections

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in construction industry
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
