Job Description
TGG has partnered with an El Cajon area that is seeking to add an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to their established accounting team.

Location: El Cajon

Schedule: 5 Days On Site

Compensation: $55K - 65K + Benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage aging reports to identify and resolve overdue accounts.
  • Post payments, credits, and adjustments into accounting systems.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or written correspondence to resolve payment discrepancies and overdue invoices.
  • Maintain communication with customers to follow up on pending change orders, expediting approvals and documentation to facilitate prompt invoicing.
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports for management review.

Must Haves:
  • AA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and bookkeeping principles.

Accounts Reveibale, Excel, and Accounting Terminology.
