Our Accounts Receivable Clerk will be experienced and have the required skills for this role; specifically, strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities (what you will do):
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment collection
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Generate financial reports related to receivables
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Provide excellent customer service while communicating effectively with families and team members regarding account-related inquiries
This is a Full-time position in Montgomery County, Maryland with a hybrid schedule

Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials/skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 55,000 USD per year(Administration)
