Essential Job Duties:
Assigns account and expense distribution for invoices.
Ensures invoices are accurate and have been authorized by the appropriate approval level.
Follow up on any outstanding items or issues.
Receives invoices, reconciles statements and delivers prompt and accurate payments to vendors.
Manages ongoing vendor relationships from a financial perspective.
Processes payments via paper check, electronic check and EFT.
Prepares purchase orders as needed.
Ensures financial records are correctly set up and maintained appropriate systems.
Completes administrative tasks as needed such as distributing mail.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma, required. Associate's degree, preferred.
Qualifications:
Business office or financial services, and accounts payable experience required.
Excellent mathematical skills.
Strong communication skills, including oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Accounting Systems/ERP required.
Valid driver's license required.
