Position: Accounting Consulting Manager/Assistant Manager
Locations: Los Angeles
: New York
: Indianapolis

Qualifications:
Experience- 5-8 years of audit/review/accounting consulting experience (due diligence and M&A transaction) in public accounting
or
- 8 or more years of accounting department experience in manufacturing company, especially cost accounting field,
or
- 5-10 years of experience in internal control function (J-Sox - design, implementation and testing etc.) Education: - BA/BS degree in accounting/business/finance from an accredited college/university
License- Licensed CPA, CMA, CIA, CISA, or CFE is preferred
- Eligible to sit for the CPA examSkills: - Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
: - Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
: - Strong technology (especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and VBA), research and analytical skills
: - Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff
:
Language: - Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese (Must) and English
Compensation: $90 000
Tasks- Manage review and compilation engagements
- Provide virtual controllership and CFO roles
- Perform financial due diligence
- Provide various accounting consultation, including new accounting standards, external audit support, cost accounting
- Provide internal control consultation and outsourcing
- Train/supervise staffs and review their works
